It was two ladders. You pile onto one ladder, put the second ladder above you, climb onto that, pull the first ladder up from behind you and place it above, climb onto it, repeat.
You can get to anywhere doing that. Even in space if you can hold yer breath long enough.

It's pretty obvious that the technology used to transport us from Mars to Earth when humans needed a new planet remains hidden inside the hollow earth, watched over by a secret cabal. Might be the best thing though since we've already destroyed one planet with it.
