Farcical. Not because it relegates us, almost more so for Wigans sake. How can one punishment be applied this season, and one be applied next? Both have broken the rules at their competitors disadvantage this season, Coventry, Rotherham and Wycombe will reap the rewards of that next year though.
The season isn’t over until the playoff final has been played so it surely should happen now?
To be fair I’ve accepted relegation since our 4-0 defeat against Leeds,I’d like to stay up on merit not technicalities- just a personal view
Couupled with us having more important things to worry about off the field.
