This would be ideal and exactly what I would like. Sadly TF and his 'vision' will continue to trust restricted managers like HR who will drown in the Championship. Highly blinkered board completely out of touch with modern premier league football let alone the completely different (and often more progressive) Football League. I'm massively concerned about next season.
