I'm surprised the odds on us being relegated are so low really. We only have one game left with a decent chance of points (not that we can't replicate a Liverpool but those are against the odds types of wins). Sunderland is only 2 wins from their final 4 games away from relegating us.
They have Everton and Leicester right there are two games they can get wins from. Now I don't expect they will but certainly those two are games that they have a decent chance to win. ESPN was doing something we're theynsaid we only had a 6% chance of going down. That seems stupid as ****, we lose to Burnley and we are pretty much relegated unless we get lucky and Sunderland fail to win a game.
Chelsea winning today means that Arsenal can't be first which means they will be slightly less determined against us although there are still places to play for.
Sunderland are second favourite in all their remaining games. They got the rub of the green against a Southampton team that weren't at their best. But let's not forget they've been playing ****e.
They have four games they can get wins from. Just like we have four. They are playing shocking though so I wouldn't back them against anyone, while we're in great form.
Leicester fan in peace (I swear). Agree with some of the nervous comments above aboutnsunderland escaping. They seem to be a team who always does it, the fact they have Chlesea and arsenal away means nothing. Even after our 3-0 win all I could think is that Southampton will turn us over next weekend and then Sunderland. I still honestly have a nagging feeling we will be the third side. Teams that aren't in their first season just seem to have more know how
All the teams at the bottom look at the negatives instead of the positives! The only time I've watched you play poorly was at our place & you won! You can do us a big favour with your games ( lose to saints ) then beat the other two please.
QPR and Burnley will be down next weekend then it's just the final spot. I agree we all look at the negatives but it just shows how close it is. I'd say you're in the same boat as us about not being a team who has escaped year after year such as Villa and Sunderland. But wigan and Fulham got caught in the end so let's hope. I'd rather both Sunderland and Newcastle went ahead of Hull tbh
