i think the issue with TM, is that he is untested as a manager and we need someone to come in and hit the ground running. its a big risk with him. Not that i am against him.
I agree, but he's spent the last few years talking a hell of a lot of sense. He knows his stuff, and he's passionate about Watford. I know he's never managed, but i'd bet he'd have the immediate respect of the squad and the back room staff. I know, it's a risk, and if we can get CH i think we'd be laughing, but honestly, i don't see Watford as a good prospect for anyone at the moment, as things stand, not anyone who has proved their worth, anyway.
Yes, and it doesn't matter what we think, or what we say lol..we can't change anything, we just have to trust those in the know 
Agree we need someone with a little experience as a manager , however I feel someone who loves the club and wouldnt bale out at second offer! would help stability! TM would be a good shout with a good experienced no 2!
