Id be happy with that, not sure how the masses would take Dyer being on the Bench but i think its worth trying a different option,routledge has deserved a starting position on the wing IMO.
It's all about production. Do we want not so pretty and results, or razzle dazzle with no results. Dyer can make backs look ridiculous but his ability to cross the ball is too close to woeful to be useful. Routledge, not as pretty, can be effective in getting past backs but looks like he can deliver a quality ball. We don't have the luxury for non-production, and I think BR is getting less and less patient. BR preaches our style but I bet he likes results as much if not better.
