Psychological boost though - Leeds scoring in the last minute to get a point against Brighton, its huge. Had lost their last 3 against City, Arsenal and Chelsea, but they can now look on that as 3 games against much better teams, and at least they got a point where they had a chance. They have every chance to beat Brentford if they get their act together. Burnley looked tough against Spurs and should get at least one win out of 2, giving them 37. The 2 above scenarios both happening are unlikely but not out of the question. They also mean Everton need at least a point from their last 2, and going back to psychology again, that Brentford yesterday has now thrown a spanner in their run of form.
Leeds won't beat Brentford they're **** and Everton won't lose to palace anyway. Tbh I'll be surprised if Leeds or Burnley pick up another point.
Burnley? I see them getting a win vs us TBH. Our away record is not the best, and they'll be fighting for their lives. I see Burnley getting 4 pts.
Nah I think Everton will be the only club out the 3 to get anything more. Nufc with Wilson trips etc will pump Burnley into oblivion
Real tough one this year - but exciting for the neutral - you could make a case for any of the three to go down at this point. Really comes down to the games in hand Everton and Burnley have to pick up extra points but some really tough fixtures for all 3 teams. Will probably come down to the results on Thursday for Everton and Burnley. Everton - Palace and Arsenal - Palace look good and Arsenal battling hard for CL - could only see a point out of Palace for them but not sure they'll get another point, Mina out, Keane out, Godfrey out, Patterson out, Braithwaite suspended - that's four center backs out of the Palace game at least and possibly Arsenal. Frank will need a minor miracle to pick up points and, I feel, needs to win on Thursday. Leeds - Brentford - tough game but don't think Brentford would have won that game vs Everton without the red card tbh, Brentford are safe and not much to play for bar the money differential for finishing 10th-14th. Must win for Leeds and they'd still have to hope for help from other results elsewhere. Burnley - Villa and NUFC - tough games again but probably the most points on offer - 4 points will probably see them safe and I can't see us beating them on the last day. If Burnley can win/draw on Thursday they will be confident of a homes game on Sunday against us. So happy we aren't involved in this - would be so stressed all week. while the games in hand are a benefit to Everton and Burnley they need points out of them as Sundays games will be tough and they'll have Friday and Saturday to prepare and get fit for them so pro's and con's to the games in hand.
If I was a Burnley fan and saw how NUFC dismantled Arsenal on Monday I would start praying that we get that one point at Villa and hope that Leeds don't get anything in their last match.
To be fair, Arsenal played our first team and if I'm Eddie Howe and the choice is Everton or Leeds to go down then I'm playing the under 8's girls team on Sunday
That is the priority, if Everton are comfortablely safe, go all out to beat Burnley, however of there's even a remote chance of Everton going down, we have to score own goals lile there's no tomorrow om Sunday!

I do love the twists and turns - this time last week Everton looked safe and home, then a draw with crappy Watford and a home loss to Burnley, and they're right back in it. Palace are wanting to finish the season with max points and Vierra has no love for Everton, so they won't be doing them any favours tomorrow either. It's very conceivable that Everton don't get another point, we just needs Leeds and Bunrley to pull the weight.
All Burnley need is a point and I think that will do it, I don't see Leeds getting anything in their final game. I still think Burnley will bet us though, as impressive as we are at home, we're shakey away from home.
More twists and turns methinks - Leeds jumped right on the self destruct button and against Chelsea, and against Brighton they were pretty dire, but that injury time equaliser was huge for them. Brentford weren't that good against Everton when it was 11 vs 11, and were even losing at one point when they had a man advantage. Marsh has got Leeds sorted out a fair bit, and they certainly have a chance against a Brentford team that put comfrtably safe. Howe will want to finish the season with a bang, after such great form he ain't gonna want to end it with a whimper... unless of course us losing involves Everton going down, in which case we need to do anything to lose!

Just over 2/1 Us, Brentford, City, Liverpool, Arsenal amd Spurs gets 15/1. Would be a statement of intent from Howe to win last match against a Burnley team fighting for survival.
Interesting, but I think at least one of them will end in a draw. Not big enough odds for me personally.
