Bollocks, Terry . . . . as you suggested that I might say, you've given the reason why a zone applies to an area, 'cos that's the definition. At the end of the season the relegation places are as you said . . . . not the zone, because there then isn't one
Places is zone in this case. You're referring to your own zone, which you cannot expect others to be able to ascertain the parameters for. You can call it bollocks or you can research 'relegation zone' and find the official definitive answer which coincides with what I've written in my previous post. If you're chatting about a zone, fair enough, by description, without parameters it has no definitive boundaries. In this case though, the parameters are provided and thus there is no room for interpretation. A 'no parking zone' is a definite area mate, by your logic, the area directly outside of the no-parking zone is also not for parking in.
Different interpretations of a zone, made confusing by somebody, at some point in the past, incorrectly describing a 'relegation zone' as specific places It just sounds ridiculous for the instance in question, 'cos the aforementioned teams are all in the danger area/zone
Well there rarely is "no chance" but I'm as confident currently that we won't go down as I have been at any point this season. Just can't see it.
We are setting the standards for ****ness believe me. How the hell you lot are below us is a puzzle. We are heading down so put your mortgage on us to earn a few quid if I were you.
