Quite right. He kicked out at him and then deliberately stamped on his ankle. Cynical and malicious. * Funny that he sought a United shirt afterwards and grinned as if he had won a medal... * In a way it shows that the kid has arrived, when the opposition specials him for rough treatment. It will toughen him up a bit. He looks like the 13 year old kid living next door to me.
He's apologised to Januzaj - http://www1.skysports.com/football/...riether-apologises-for-stamp-on-adnan-januzaj
Do me a favour Whats he done bar play a couple of games. You must be very desperate if you think 'the kid has arrived' Delusion at its finest
Sascha Riether has been suspended for three matches after he accepted an FA charge for violent conduct.
Good idea. he will feel at home with the thick scousers, mixing with the likes of Suarez and Gerrard who are expert at the art of diving and conning the referee.
Let go fella, dont carry so much hate around with you I know it hurts but just face facts, Moyes is here to stay
Riether is guilty and deserves his ban. However, I will say this - the fact that the FA banned Riether but let Torres (and his scratching) off is exactly why smaller clubs feel the larger clubs are favoured. I think that is the point the club is making by appealing when everyone (including Riether) agrees he should have the 3 match ban.
