Although he did not set us alight last season Reuben has taken 2 pay cuts insisting that he wishes to stay at the club and show his true form which P.D. admitted the fans have not seen. Nice to see a young lad prepared to show his worth and faith in the club. Hope others follow his example.

I to believe we didn't see the best of Reid last season, how refreshing to see someone prepared to take (what we are told) a big pay cut to further his career with Oldham. This guy has certainly gone up in my estimation.

I didn't rate him at all last season, as I have said many times. However I think this is a good way for him to redeem himself.
