Paul Durkin from Portland was the best IMO shame he retired ....he is also a laugh in pub if you meet him,he was also a Man City fan, i remember at the Dell once he was the ref that day and just had to give City a pen..the buggar :)
 
So long as you never see Darren Deadman you will have got off lightly!! He has issued 197 yellow cards this season alone!!!
 
I like all referees....everplayed a game when the ref hasn't turned up? Ref's and Lino's add to the unpredictability of the game and over the season decisions even themselves out...love the way linesmen can run backwards with flag pointed deteminely at the ground
