I just saw this on an Everton forum about penalties awarded to teams playing against City and Liverpool

Total PL penalties awarded for teams v MCFC & Liverpool:
2019/20 (Crowds to March) 2
2020/21 (No crowds) 18
2021/22 (With crowds) 1

I don’t know if it’s true or if it means anything but it’s a weird stat..
