FIFA's new initiative is to subject referees to drug tests. Why? Do you think there is any point as they are not in competition?
 
They're checking whether they're on drugs or not and if they're not they're going to be offered some
 
Maybe it's because the FA execs are looking for some good suppliers? <laugh> <--- smiley added to cover my ass
 
Nah that's the one I use to cover my dick, except it's not big enough I must get another one... <laugh>
