Dowd to me is a fussy ref normally. imo For the record Phil Dowd is the 4th official on sunday @ the Spurs v. Newcastle game. The good news is that the linesman are Darren Cann and Sian Massey both very good with the flag........normally. Hope she gets our end.(wink wink)
