Assaidi needs to go, somewhere like Feyenoord would be good for him, a big club in transition where he'll get a run out. Never expected to cut it but it's still a shame.

Pachecho's another one, let's face it, he won't make it, pave the way for a Yesil or Sinclair.

Gerrard has also come out and basically told this crop of players ( Wisdom, Sterling, Suso, Ibe mainly) to make the jump. Then you have the likes of Teixiera, trinket smith (sp, think he signed a pro contract the other day), Yesil, Sinclair, and the LB ( think it is Mclaughlin?) to come through.

Lloyd Jones signed a new contract the other day, massive hopes for this lad. Would like to see more of Coady this season, and McLaughlin too. And what about young Ward? 4th choice, get him off to a league two club for a year, see what he's made of.

Heard really good things about McLaughlin, let's hope he turns out good and not like J. Robinson ( many may still rate him, think it is time he moved on).

Honestly think out of all our youngsters McLaughlin will be the one most likely to come through. In fact, I'd even go to say I'd have him as back-up RB to Johnson right now, he's that good. Perfect balance for a full back between defence and attack, but he's devastating coming forward, he played a vital role in a lot of goals last season, including a few assists and won a couple of penalty's. He's quick which is always great for a full back, honestly think he'll make it in to the first team in the coming season or two.

Played well and Wolves last season. I like him, and Flano, they both need a run and from what i hear, Flano's massive for team morale.

Yeah, .BR's doing a good job with the youth but McLaughlin is different class, we'll see, a few others like Rossiter and Morgan too, Rafas youth system is starting to pay off.

Adjoran is training with the seniors.

The only thing I've seen from McLaughlin was in a friendly last year against Roma where his job was to deal with Totti and he did it effortlessly. You could tell from that one performance he's gonna be a good player for this club <ok>

He might be massive for team morale, but so's Krusty the Clown - doesn't make him a good player. I think Flanno is pretty average; showed a bit of early promise under Kenny but never stepped up, made lots of silly mistakes, always looks petrified during games and not the best defensively...or offensively. He needs to be moved on, there's better prospects than him at the club.

I also think Ibe will turn out better than Sterling. He came in unexpectedly, played great at first but faded fast through over use. He's young and can keep developing, but I think Ibe has more to his game, is more compact and stronger on the ball with more tricks too.

Don't forget the likes of Sinclair btw who's rated highly by staff and might get a look in.

What Ibe seems to do more naturally than Sterling is make this bent runs inside, in the box, behind the striker and to the far post that our system requires from our wide me. Sterling likes the touchline more.

You cant just be a winger in our system. You are a wide forward or an attacking fullback.

I expect to see Suso, Ibe, Sterling and Wisdom get fairly regular playing time this year, along with Luis alberto.

Expecting Flanno and Robinson to be fringe players offerring coverage where necessary, although I could see at least one of them going out on a season loan and then moving on like Darby did.

Think that Assaidi will move on as although he is a useful player he is not getting game time.

I also hope Dani Pacheco moves on, he was on cracking form at Huesca in the 2nd half of last season, and I hope he goes somewhere where he can get regular game time.

I think we will have a cracking u21 side this year with Mclaughlin further devloping in defence an attack. Can see Lloyd Jones and Sokolik becoming regulars at CB ahead of Sama.

Think this will be Adorjans last season as although a good player we are certainly not short on attacking midfielders at senior or youth level.

Think at some point during the year we will see first team debuts for Ngoo and Tex followed by Ngoo going back out on loan to a championship club

I think Ibe is a solid young player, with obvious talent and will be good. But We can't assume he's better than Sterling on basis of one game in the senior squad. What Ibe did against QPR, Sterling was doing for a few months back in the beginning of last season. Sterling was very good for a young player. Yes, he trailed off from burnout. But that's normal, and Ibe will surely suffer from that as well.

Sterling has shown he can do it, he just needs to keep improving.
Ibe has yet to show he can do it, he's got to improve to get to that point.

Both will be great if they keep at it.

I guess what I'm asking is how people can say there is more to Ibe's game than to Sterlings? Where did he prove that? The youth games? That's very different from senior squad. Sterling, with no exaggeration looked like Messi in the youth teams due to lower level of competition. In fact, Sterling looked better than Ibe did in the youth squad. But I do think both will be fantastic.

I think it's very easy to say there's more to his game. In my opinion, there is. He is stronger on the ball, more skillful, makes inside runs like Oxlaide rather than going around the outside (which suits our play more) and that's just from youth games plus one senior appearance.

That doesn't necessarily mean he'll step up and produce in the first team though. Having the talent, strength, skill, pace and whatever else is useless if you can't deliver. Ibe has more about him, he has to now go and show it whereas Sterling is a slightly different kind of player, but has shown he can cut it in the senior team.

Whether all these lads will make it anfield or not remains to be seen, but we can all agree they'll have premier league careers.

Along as we get a buy back clause on them I'll be satisfied.
