Wasn't it Peter Storey that ran them into the ground. I would think Harry wouldn't have any control over check book whatsoever.

 

I like Harry, and rate him highly as a manager and coach, what happened at Portsmouth was not Harry's fault, but the inept behaviour of the directors of Portsmouth FC! Has anyone been convicted regarding this scandal? NO..................

 

Harry Redknapp got £3mil compensation from Spurs. After tax, that equates to... about £3million.

This thread is true though! I can't believe it, especially because I was joking about it earlier in the day and even started a rumour (and admitted it was a rumour) on Twitter, only to have a phone call this morning saying "You won't believe this..."!

 

I'd take Redknapp as his final team , could be special both ways on that deal .... For Swansea & Harry , he likes the very idea of SCFC & how it's run , maybe one more challenge for him !!

 

It's the board that runs the club, so I can't see how a manager can leave the club in tatters. The manager is not in charge of the clubs's finances.
