I'm a bit surprised why Harry didn't go to The Netherlands sooner after all the CL was a good window to look at some players as was the WC last year. Now I know Ruiz is Costa Rican but still.
Another article on www.voetbalprimeur scroll to 9:28 today Spurs are having doubts about Ruiz physical constitution. He was injured for a big part of last season and the doubts are about whether or not Ruiz can cope in the prem on a fysical level. Furthermore it says Spurs are not in a hurry to sign Ruiz, they want to wait whether Modric or other players will leave Spurs.
