The company Adam Pearson registered with Companies House was Hull City Association Football Club (Tigers) Limited.

It was Hull City Association Football Club (Tigers) Ltd.

That's what Allam uses to claim we were always Hull City Tigers, but it's bollocks because as you say it was only from 2001 and even then it isn't our name. The business name.means **** all.

The business name only became Hull City Tigers Ltd in 2013 when Allam changed it.

All I'm saying is that AP had Hull City Tigers registered in 2001. I'm given to understand that was a name used during the sale to Allam.

Adam didn't sell the club to Allam, Bartlett did and the company was called Hull City Association Football Club (Tigers) Limited.

I never said he did, and I never said what the company that was sold was called. I simply said AP registered Hull City Tigers around 2001 and I'd heard Hull City Tigers was a name used during the sale.

<laugh> Says the font of all knowledge that wasn't involved in the conversations.

(I'm guessing you've checked and seen that AP did register Hull City Tigers)

A company can only have one name at a time, Adam Pearson formed The Hull City Association Football Club (Tigers) Limited to take over the club on 12/03/2001, Assem Allam changed that company name to Hull City Tigers Limited on 05/03/2013. It's not an opinion, it's a fact...

None of which contradicts what I put. Adam Pearson registred Hull City Tigers in 2001. What that contained, if anything, is by the by.

Registered it with what. you only register a company at Companies House and there's no Hull City Tigers registration before 2013?

Granted. If I can be arsed, I'll dig the other one out some time. I'd need to think back what it was about, but there was a fair amount of discussion at the time similar to your claim, but it turned out to be wrong about the registration.

Quite right. From memory, the debate last 5ime was about a Hull City Tigers that didn't seem to relate to the club. It seemed to be just a short lived registration. If I get time, I'll try to dig it out.
