Possibly on the yellow section, but what about the horizontal bar (cameras?) beneath it?

Video comparison with other noses and wings: http://www.myvideo.de/watch/8838562/F1_Abu_Dhabi_2012_Front_Wing_Movement_Collection

I reckon all the teams noses can bend like RB's, it's just their wing can flex better than anybody else's which pulls the nose down more. Possibly a Mass Damper effect by the sounds of it but I reckon the FIA cant touch them on this since it's looking just like the DDRS saga at Mercedes with there being no actual clarification of (F-ducts) Possibly there's no actual clarification what a mass damper is and because it's not the same system as the original in 05/06, so in effect not actually a "mass damper", same result, different approach.

Here's a picture of the PDRS, this one isn't connected to the rear wing though:

Showing on paint what I see from the picture just in case you dont:

From Red Bull I have seen two variations of a Lotus/Sauber/Mercedes style passive DRS/Super DRS being tested out these last 2-3 days (One connected underneath the rear wing, other sits under the rear wing disconnected).

    Well, some have :-

A report in Italy’s Autosprint added: “We have consulted with engineers at other teams and can now say that a certain degree of deformation in the ‘nose tip’ is acceptable.

“That said, it is possible and indeed likely that Red Bull has gone further with its interpretation, because the deformable structure holds the front wing and can be used to get (the wing) closer to the ground.

“Some technicians at the competition are convinced of this,” the report added.

I know, it's amazing. The German press saying RBR have done nothing wrong and the Italians suggesting otherwise. Who'd have thought!!??

Indeed it is amazing isn't it? The FIA say nothing is wrong and they're meant to be unbiased no? Where does Germany get it's thought process from I'll never know...

Absolutely, the FIA are completely unbiased and have never shown any sort of favourtism to any team ever in the history of F1, ever. That needs to be made 100% clear. Totally.

No definition of what a mass damper is, just like the F-duct/DDRS saga we had this year. Same result, different method.

P.S: Glad the FIA have got RBR's back as the whole bitter grid and media turned it into a witch hunt against RBR.
