Too much navel comtemplating and joss sticks, old boy. Very 1970s Pearson Park.

Have also been told this, though I reckon it's from the same person you heard it from.

Never mentioned any ground share or housing though.

Hull City la la la, Hull City La la la.

And it's Hull City, Hull City FC, we are by far the greatest team the world has ever seen.

No Silverware, but we don't care,
    We follow Hull City everywhere.

We love you City, we do. Hull City we love you.

    We'll support you evermore,
Hull City, Hull City, we'll support you evermore.

Of the top of my head five good reasons why the football clubs name should never be changed or even messed with.

These are the words from the very heart beat of the club and its 109 year history no matter how successful on the pitch.

    How about them?

We are Hull City, we are The Tigers.

This whole thing continues to go completely over your head.

At one away game last season, I had some bloke next to me singing 'his dad has gone home, his dad has gone home, Liam Rosenior, his dad has gone home'.

How will the redevelopment of the ground to housing happen as the club do not own the land which is leased from the Village Playing Field Trust. The Parish Council in their proposed village plan already acnowledges the shortage of playing fields so they won't be happy with housing on the current ground. Finally the Draft Consultation Local Plan from ER. allocates 4 additional sites for housing (78 dwellings} and the Church Road site isn't one of them.

You are letting facts get in the way of a good rumour and that's not what this thread is about. :emoticon-0116-evilg

North Ferriby United to be rebranded as Village People United to gain support from the gay community.

There's no place for waving rubber fists at football games! Getting farmers involved would be a good idea though, always wanted to see cattle prods used as the potential bottle neck approaches over Windass Way

    Of course they can:

Been there, done it, blew it Hull City; needs rejuvenation.
    Name attracts nowt but derision.
Last EPL stint was a massive failure at every level; especially the financial one.
Do we follow the same old, same old, or do we reinvent ourselves?
Have the Allem family let us down so far?
    Whose money is at risk?
Do all Hull City followers believe it is a bad idea?
What do we have to lose? (any takers?)

This looks like the sort of YouTube vid that must have been discussed here before - the early 80s revival under Don Robinson. It's a couple of years before anything I can remember as a supporter, but that Hull Tigers reference just a few seconds in seems odd. And the pinstripe shirts look almost identical to our 2009/10 strip.
