It's 'moderate' rather than extreme racism (if there's such a thing) but it leaves quite a few around me shaking their heads. It's always from behind us and if I'm honest I'd struggle to identify the odd 1 or 2 involved. More worried about the idiot who wants to fight everyone sat in front of us, if I was going to report anyone tbf.

Canton stand by any chance Steve?

I heard the girl was not even related. She called him uncle as a term of endearment. Those responsible should be dealt with through the law nevertheless. That way the truth will be reported.

Agreed, but as a few high profile cases recently have shown due to the international nature of Twitter and the laws involved prosecution is almost impossible.

You know I take any reports in the media with a massive pinch of salt, hence my only basic knowledge of what was reported. I'm not that interested in these types of stories I only brought it up as it is the view the media and presenting about a section of our fans. Add the banners, booing, and weekly protest songs and I think plenty of investors might look at us as more trouble than we are worth. If you've got billions there are many football clubs to choose from.

<laugh> I know what you mean mate, there's a moron infornt of us in the Canton who always looks back and tries picking a fight with someone, he's 2 foot and a *** butt.. I call it Napoleon syndrome <laugh>

It does happen in the grandstand too - but we just confiscate their Zimmer frames........<laugh>

(shame this thread about about the "conflict" attracts more comments than those on football)

Bloody Stevo

Can't we transfer him to the Jacks' board? <yikes>

Or at least put him on the transfer list. Any reasonable offer will be paid by us plus his taxi fare to the station. :emoticon-0100-smile

Sounds like a win, I can keep my PL status, not have to move out of the area and be surrounded by like minded individuals who appreciate players who can't stand up <laugh>

It's a good point. That Brom result was 3 points they would have been counting on whilst feeling comfortable. They don't have the easiest run in. I do think they'll finish above us though.

They should do - already 4 points ahead with a game in hand is a lot to make up at this stage.

Strange that just like their Everton away game coming straight after ours, we've both still got Newcastle and Sunderland to visit.

Away trips to Everton, Arsenal, Hull, Newcastle and the Mackems on the last day will not be easy for them. They've also got to take on Chelsea at home just like us.

They should beat Norwich and Villa at the Liberty, but we all thought they'd see off Brom there last weekend. Quite a tough run in when you look at it.

Bloody hell, just realised - I'll have to stop talking about football on this thread. :emoticon-0105-wink:

I'll get you back on track, who don't you like who you sit near in the ground.....? <laugh>

If the march produces the desired result, should it only be about the blue, then I support it happening, it's something that should have been don a long time ago.
The Tan out brigade are shooting themselves in the foot I fear though, empty vessels make the most noise my teacher used to say, and this is simply what they are.

if thats what they want then by all means organise a "Tan out" march, but this one should be all about the blue which I would think we all would like back.

It's Tans fault we are playing in red, and I can understand resentment towards him for that and rightly so, but because of this, all else he has done for the good of the club is ignored.
Personally, I think the Sam elements are behind this, there is nothing some of them wouldn't do to return to those days when they ruled the roost.
The mere fact that Sam is hiding in the shadows sends a chill down my spine.
It's strange though, because Sam would have changed our badge and colours had he had his way, and yet those persons, who strode beside him in those dark days, now use those things as an excuse to get Tan out of this club by all and any means, dark days will return if these persons get their way, for they would rather be the glory boys in league 2, than the nobodies they have become.

I totally agree with this, we all want blue but at least he wants us to play in the national team's colours (can you imagine if white was the lucky colour in Asia <wah>)

ps
I liked Sam's Celtic cross badge and I don't remember much of a fuss back then when we changed !

Who said they'll retain PL status?............<whistle>

I do! Besides the three teams ready for the drop are nicely positioned in their proper place, and they'll need more than their football zimmer frames to get them out now!................<laugh>
