Rotherham were the better team last night - once they equalized there was only going to be 1 winner. They had 11 shots on target, which is double what they've had against ANY other team. Your defense plays way too deep to accommodate the diamond formation and as a result other teams find it way to easy to close you down and get shots in! Your goal last night was due to 1 Rotherham defender being 4 yards behind the others - good through ball from Doukara, but that is all he did all game.
Last night was irritating, but Adryan and the effort put in by Mowatt & others gives us reason to be positive. All we need is for someone to manage the midfield and our game plan. A little less passing sideways and a bit more taking players on out wide or through the middle

I saw the results under Redfearn and I also saw the games. Barring Udders we were pretty much the same as with Milanic poor for half the game and creating few chances. Udders could have worried us more if they had someone who could finish and as for Bolton they pissed all over us and were unlucky to get nothing out of the game. The only thing Redders had over Milanic was luck on his side. If you think we were any better under Redfearn you're deluded. It wouldn't have lasted, a bit like Mowatt hit and miss.

According to Glory there ain't no thing as free speech. Anyway, Redfearn might have been sacked if the team had a bad run, IMO it's better for the club if he stays as the development coach.
I think an intelligent bloke like yourself understands what I mean. Redfearn is better as the development coach and if he'd taken the managers job he would have been in the firing line from our trigger happy owner and may have been sacked down the line and we'd have lost a good youth coach...
