We are like a retirement home for all the players that are not good enough for other teams...yeah come to Bristol city, you'll get a nice pay packet on a ridiculously long contract where your over rated and you'll play every week even if you put in a crap performance, it's great! Tell your friends

I look at the players even before each game and think what a bunch of overpaid tossers. No effort...EVER! They don't care what happens on the pitch as long as they get paid. We all knew that when Blackpool scored there first goal there was gonna be only one outcome...that's down to the manager and the captain on the pitch leading the team.

Well I could pretty much say the same about us for the last couple of seasons to be honest. Only late part of this season do I feel like the players we have actually give a ****, but again its player power as they are fine now Buckle has ****ed off.
 
I think its a two way thing. player power does have the most impact on whether the club does well or poorly though its the manager who has to 'control' players and if he can't do that then the players will run riot.
look at Chelsea, AVB doesn't have a clue in how to man manage players (in my opinion) he is only 1 year? older then Lampard and he has next to no experience in management, to be fair, he had a good thing going at Porto but not everything is rosy in this sport and when **** hits the fan (excuse the pun :D) then you will need experience to get you out of it and AVB doesn't have that. Same thing can be said of McInnes, he had a good thing going at St Johnstone.
