This paragraph is maybe why you are so vehemently against Dalglish.

It's hard for me, I grew up in the 80's when every May brought expectation and it's hard to except where we have been for the past 20 years in terms of the league (in that 'unsuccesful' period we still have a trophy haul that many clubs envy). But im sorry that paragraph gives all opposing fans the 'delusion' stick to beat us with. We are still a big club, we have a proud and succesful history, we are Liverpool and we should be all about winning, but to do this we have to start with realistic targets. Will Dalglish bring the title within the next 2 seasons? No. Would any other manager? Unlikely.

Face facts there are other clubs in much healthier positions in which to mount title challanges (just look how hard it's been for City). We have gone thru 3 manager in 2 seasons, a change of ownership, a depletion of a team that was 'almost' there, we have seen teams such as Spurs go above us, the 'rebuilding' will take time. It's hard to see Newcastle and Everton above us in the league, we would expect to be above them but football is not as simple as that. If we look at Spurs as an example they have done the right things, they have stuck with a manager, they have kept hold of the core of their squad and added to it each season, thats why they are in the position they are in now, not because they have a better squad than us. Arsenal as an example, they have lost several of their key players over the last couple of seasons but they have got thru because of a consistant footballing philosophy (and Van Persie).

To win the league we need to stick with a manager (obviously he has to be the right manager but so far I do not beleive there is enough evidence to suggest Kenny cannot be that man) and back him. Rome wasnt built in a day, that red nosed scot at the end of East Lancs Road success wasnt built in a day.

Liverpool are currently akin to a relay race team where the last guy keeps dropping the fkn baton, our first 3 runners are great and paste the opposition only for the last guy to forget to tie his laces and fall over.

Esentially the manager and team are doing a good job, those tasked with finding the onion sack as their bread n butter are fkng up massively.

To put it another way, if I canot carry out my primary responsibilities I would be sacked. I think thats fair also. We have not missed half chances galore but direct 1 v 1 chances we should be scoring 9 out of 10 of. So if your trade is scoring goals and you have scored fk all but have had oppertunities then who is to blame? the manager? If you think manager there should be a very loud family fortunes incorrect noise going off behind you on 500w speakers, WRONG.

Under Woy we created little but probably scored more from that little. I for one am glad we are not playing hoofball and losing, if we were I'd say time to go Kenny but we have played some great stuff without end product. Time for someone to go.. Kuyt Suarez unless he learns how to play a short passing game and make simple passes instead of his stupid fkn flickons that just are not working, Adam, bite the bullet, SOLD. I'd keep andy, he's a horses for courses he would not be starting every game
