lets put it this way pal. if he can't get a game in this shower of ****e side, it's very unlikely he'll be offered a new deal and city would be silly to just let him walk. he's a l1 player at best. i expect donny to show interest in the summer.

As he's already injured with what ever it is, I'd consider it a bit of a blessing in disguise if it were true. It'll force the club to address the issue of only having two experianced centre backs. (McShane dependent)

With Bradley and Cooper playing a few games now it might give us the option for next season of having Bradley as the 4th CB in the squad, Cooper covering LB (and being 3rd CB until Hobbs were fit) and Dudgeon becoming a left wing option.

It would also give us more time to solve the issue of only having Stewart, Koren, and McLean contracted for that attacking 3 behind the striker. Cooper and Dudgeon would be the long term left back options with Dawson getting to that age.

EDIT: When I say as he's already injured, I mean as he's already injured for the rest of this season.

It was a ****ing awesome tackle though, he really dug us out the **** with that tackle. He's very unfortunate to get injured.
