oh may i offer. release clauses are like boxes in deal or no deal... until the deal is done its not real money therefore they are irrelevant to us. so what if he leaves for 20 mil in 3 years. we bought... we persevered we got our reward. if he stays he could drive us to some sort of glory next year... equally he could bugger his knee... we put 23mil in. bargain! 75mil is a number on a piece of paper not actual moeny until a deal is offered.
We'll get these rumours regurgitated every window now until it happens, then they'll all say "told you so", conveniently forgetting the times they were wrong. I really don't care any more how much the media speculate about Suarez, it's all bullshit until it actually happens.
My mate thinks that Real have begun the process. They will want Suarez to 'agitate' for the move to get the price as low as poss, but after last season, Suarez won't be up for that (unlike with Arsenal last time).
