Neither... Hate how Real are thought of as a great European team, even though they won their first few when no-one else was even in it, then they won some more when they almost went bankrupt, buying players they could not afford, only for the government to bail them out. Barcelona just have that annoying practice of getting their players to publicly talk about other players they would like at the club. Especially now they are doing it with Dagger. Also, I don't mind Maureen. I'm note sure why some fans don't like it.
Just seen this. You really are utterly obsessed! You desperately need to seek help as it's eating away at you.
Barca. They bring players through the academy and endeavour to play football that is entertaining. The ownership model is also admirable when compared to most clubs including the state funded Madrid. The worryingly bitter SKD bases his preference for Barca over Real purely on how Barca played my team off the park in two European Cup finals whereas I watched both finals and the disappointment of defeat was eased by the admiration of what a brilliant team I had just seen in action. Personally, as a lover of sport, I do take pleasure in the best team/person winning, even when my favourite is the loser.
What's quite funny is that Song and Fabregas were viewed as being your best players or at least amongst your key players just before they left. They are just squad players at Barca used for rotation. Same with Mascherano at Liverpool. Most of their squad players like Fabregas, Song, Mascherano, Adriano, Pedro, Thiago and Afellay would walk into most other European first teams and would be key players for them. The amount of quality in depth they've got is mindblowing. Same goes for Madrid.
Well, they do have a once in a lifetime midfield, and both Cesc and Song play in those positions. I think Fabregas will break in and become an important player for them in time, but Song will always be a bench player, he can't adapt like Mascherano has.
