Neat bit of footwork by Roberts for his first.

Anyone any idea what the sign language was that he gave in the direction of the QPR fans after his second? (It wasn't a V-sign or a middle finger).

It was a 'T' either for Tyler or Two.

Decent point in the end. Other than their two goals I thought we controlled the game pretty much and was unlucky not to win it. It would be nice if Dykes could score a goal.

Couldn't follow game as working on exit strategy house... move in 10 days time....but Kind of kept informed of happening by WhatsApp group... can't believe that clown Hendrick scored twice as he didn't know where the goal was when he played for us... he does make nice gin though...
I suppose getting a point after being 2 down at HT is okay, could have been far worse.... that Robert's lad always rated him <whistle>
At least the lads showed some balls after last week.... now let's push on and have a go at top 6.....

Up the R's

So today I went to the theatre to see My Neighbour Totoro RSC at the Barbican ( I always go to Reading away)... and turned my phone off.

It is the most magical, beautiful production ever and I went with my two daughters ( if you know the film you will understand the significance). I cried with pure joy.... and then turned my phone on.

Personally I am very happy tonight.

Splendid. Never made the link before with Jude's Ice Cream, despite a mate of mine having worked for them for the last ten years or so.

From the brief highlights it looked as if Dykes was unlucky on a couple of occasions, the back heal flick was sublime and just the wrong side of the post.... and the volley was well saved by Lumley....
Plus he was right next to Roberts for the 2nd goal, so it looked like he was getting into scoring positions which is a positive.....
Still don't know how Hendrick managed to score twice today.... scratches head...

He could have had that shot 100 times and not got near the goal again. Just his day.

Be nicer if Willock could get one, he's still pivotal to us producing our best. Also would be key for Lowe to get one next game if he starts, hopefully setting him off on a goalscoring spree !

Because it was against us, doesn't every ****er who hasn't scored since God was a boy get on the scoresheet when they play us, especially if they've played for us !

Having now seen brief highlights, that was a great first goal by Roberts.
Also, I really like the look of Lowe, but early days of course.

That was a nice couple of goals by Roberts to be fair. First one was definitely a nice bit of footwork with both feet and a left footed shot. Second was a poachers goal (was Dykes a bit miffed he didn’t get it from the highlights - he wasn’t rushing to celebrate with Roberts).

I think Lowe could lift Dykes (think/hope/pray?). Dykes had a couple of good chances and was unlucky by inches.

I thought some of our defending in the highlights was poor. Plenty of space for opposition players. Lots to look back at on Monday at the training ground (bad and good).
