Five minutes extra already losing did anyone think reading would do anything else than push everyone up? Desperate tackles to win the ball will be coming in. Retaining the ball to run the clock down is not an option on it's own. You will be dealing with numbers and passion you will have to match it. Chelsea did not. Even after the ridiculous 90th minute sub Chelsea still did not fight or look or communicate, not a team at all.

Turnbull has no place at Chelsea. He is brave, eager, athletic, fast, but his decision making is worse than any other premier league keeper and he is no longer a kid. For both Reading goals he neither stood his ground or claim the ball in the air. 1st goal the defender was cutting the angle already, he wasn't beat, but Turnbull came away from his start position and closed down opening both near and far posts. 2 nd goal half heartedly moved towards the scorer as he headed and never called got close or tried to jump and was also now so far off his line if the defender loses the challenge for the header he has no chance to dive and save. Turnbull does not understand.
