What I liked about the 2 goal was we had 4 attackers in their penalty area in the last minute shows confidence

    Reading v Leeds United,

It was a good game where Leeds went up a gear performance wise, not 1 1/2 gears or 2 gears, but 1 gear imo.

The match was pretty even performance wise with Reading having the better of us in the first 20 to 25 minutes at start of each half, but our defence rallied and kept them out.

Good goal by Murphy, I've always said we should take more and more long shots from edge of box instead of trying to walk the ball into net.

Morisons cross allowed Byram to head in a goal that killed it for Reading, last time we won by two clear was against Derby back in September of last year.

Morison for me shouldn't be in team, he's a striker who should be scoring regular goals but isn't, actually, he hasn't; if they stretched the posts from corner flag to corner flag and raised the bar 20 feet he'd still kick it out for a throw in from his shot. We can't keep relying on our midfield scoring as they don't score regularly either, so we need to put Antenucci back in from start, with Adryan just behind him.

    What I look at,

The inclusion of Bellusci, Bianchi and Sloth made the difference for me, it shows how dropping 1 player (Austin) can change how our midfield operated. I'm gutted for Bianchi as he was playing a good game, without Redders restraints untill he got accidently nobbled, he may well be out for rest of season.

Redders was forced into making changes due to injury, and the suspect last minute illness that befell Austin; Redders said he didn't mention Austins illness till last minute cos he didn't want to show his hand too early (yeah right).

Last time Redders was forced to change the team was against Sunderland in cup, and we put on a brilliant performance despite losing 1-0 to a prem side. Our midfield never allowed Sunderland to dictate the midfield, in doing so they showed up our previous midfield. Adryan was creating problems for the Sunderland defence untill Redders took him off, which many fans couldn't understand why, but I have my personal suspicions why.

Redders was forced into making changes against Reading and our performance went up a notch.

Bellusci and Bamba had a great game with Bellusci holding the reigns and controlling things, Taylor is learning fast and played well. Wooton did well but I would bring Berardi back.

Sloth came on in place of Bianchi and played an excellent game, he, along with Bellusci and Bianchi warranted a start for next game, sadly it won't happen for Bianchi.

Wasn't a brilliant performance for me, but some see it that way, I suspect with our present position in table emotions have a lot to do with it.

What's going to be interesting is to see if Redders tinkers with team for Millwall.

For me, to strengthen, we should bring Berardi back at RB, replace our super goal scorer Morison with a better one, like Antenucci, and bring Monty in considering Redders is always complaining about not having any wingers, well Redders, one is sitting right under your nose, and bring Adryan back starting on left.

Everyone played well, but I don't think any one player played better than any other, there were no stand outs, but it was a good team effort.

We are still only 5 points off relegation zone because Millwall it seems have also decided it's time to up their game, which is the making of a good game this coming Saturday.

Fulham are sliding backwards with Charlton and both are seeing who can reach bottom first. Brighton have still to say "hell, we'd better start winning here" if they ever do. All up, we're still in mix and not out of the woods by a long shot.

Weve had two terrific wins now in last three. Performance, quality etc are not particularly relevant at this point in the season. All that matters now are the points. Another great feature of last night, is were now eight from bottom so theres a load of teams now more likely than us for the drop. A win Saturday and were safe and can look towards mid table. Of course things dont always work out as planned where Leeds are concerned do they?

Both us and the Wallies would have bitten ur arm off if you had offered us the chance to drag so many other teams into the relegation battle. For us to have more points than rotherham and charlton is a real bonus. Both are in terrible form and the last place is between Wigan, wall, rotherham and charlton. We will be ok, that three points we are Collecting on Saturday will more or less seal it.

For me we have to win on Saturday and avoid defeat to Brighton a couple of weeks later, we don't want to face Rotherham last day for a decider. That final place is going to be close.
