After not missing a game last season this evening is the first match I’ve been able to see this season as I am not prepared to go to the gate yet due to COVID, (I’ve listened to them all so far), maybe that’s why I’m optimistic, let’s hope they repay my faith.
Maybe your optimism is not misplaced, it seems we are not the only team that falters at the back end of the season....
I will be watching...looking forward to it.....would really like to see us gel, be more creative, play with higher tempo and pass the ball better.....all been lacking IMO.. Sort it out Nige

Formation tonight From our City reporter... We're told that Pring will play in front of Dasilva for this one, with Weimann central, behind Martin, and Scott on the right tonight.
Nigel Pearson on team selection tonight [Pring] gives us some width. He's had a good pre-season, and we just need someone to play more direct on the left-hand side, so he'll be playing in tandem with Jay and we'll see if they can stop some crosses coming into the box. Hes a player who's been here a while but he's been out on loan a lot. Pre-season has been important for him to feel part of the club and he's been patient. I've said to him he was left out of the squad on Saturday but he's playing today. That's the nature of how football works. We're going to need a squad mentality this season, especially as the games come in quick succession. Tomas has had a good summer but it's important that every player knows that their place in the team has to be earned. It's great to have the fans back but we need to start delivering for them.
Pring seems a level headed guy, persevering after being loaned out so many times, he needs to take this opportunity.
