His energy drink company went bust owing £68m, much of the money borrowed to fund his sponsorship of a Formula 1 team, which barely lasted a year. A judge accused him of lying in court when he lost his trade mark infringement case for the logo he copied for his energy drinks. He was also found guilty of exaggerating the value of his business, claiming in court he'd made 900m cans of his drink, later saying he had made 900m cans, he just hadn't put drinks in them and sold them yet.
