it looks as though there are 1 or 2 idiots and the rest are just taking the piss

Found it quite amusing myself, not because they've assumed they're the Champions, but due to the amount of people saying 'I don't understand, if we better Southampton's result on Saturday, won't we get it then?'

Well I've read it, and I'm a Reading fan, and I still wouldn't like to say whether its pissing about or not.

All I will say is that Hobnob appears to be a very exclusive club for a specific group of RFC fans. I am a moderator on Royals Rendezvous, which was started at the beginning of 2011 around the time of the demise of BBC606.

I tried to get involved on Hobnob several years ago and they wouldn't even acknowledge me. And several of the members on RR tell the same story.

I wouldn't take too much notice of this. If you want a more well balanced view, take a look on RR. Its WUM free site and we welcome anyone who comes with the same attitude. You will see that, regarding the title, the general view is, may the best team win. And you won't hear too much whinging on there if you win it. On balance, due to your outstanding achievements this season, no-one could honestly say you don't deserve it.

"I'm very much looking forward to receiving the trophy on Saturday. If we win and get enough goals, we'll get in on goal difference. WE ARE THE CHAMPOINS MY FIRENDS"

<doh>

"I think Saints kick-off after us on the final day so we can't lift it at St Andrews as we won't know the result yet"

When has that ever happened?

You know, if the postions were reversed, that isn't the kind of thing i'd expect to see on a saints forum.

Because of a saints forum, everyone would be panicking and whining about how we're going to **** it up.:)<somersault>

This was the angle I was looking at. Surely they can't be that thick? Then some others seem to think that we'll be kicking off our final game on the Sunday...

What has happened in Berkshire schools?

I went to one and I can read and do simple arithmatic and it is quite obvious to me that no matter how well Reading do on Saturday the earliest they will know whether they are champions is about 19.25 (oops sorry the 24 hour clock would confuse that lot) or in simple language about 25 minutes past seven in the evening on Saturday.

They may not even know then for if we have equalled or bettered their reult then the whole thing has to wait until the final day.

wow, some people have taken 4.20 day really seriously, or some people in reading know some people in reading a little too well! seriously fricking stupid, damn!

I think in Readings position i would be hoping that saints lose to Boro because if we win the final day could be interesting because i would not want to be away to the Brum needing a win to secure the title
