not especially no. but hypothetically speaking had saints lost against the posh and say west ham won etc... there would be no warm words of congratulations floating about in my view.

How wrong can you be.....did you ever take part on the old 606? If you had you would have seen plenty of Saints fans congratulating whoever despite what was happening to us. The same can be said when we were not promoted after our first year in div one. Same last year on here although as you can appretiate as a site we had only just got going. So no mate you are wrong some of us would have done to be sure!!

Pearce deserves a chance imo. At least we all know he cares.

Reading don't look like slipping up at all. I would say they had been outplayed in their last three games and still managed to win by being clinical. Now they play two teams with nothing to play for so can't see why they wouldn't win those. But as is always the case you never know in football.

I would like to win this weekend and be safe for promotion, all set up for a big celebration, with my Cardiff City supporting friends securing playoffs also (if they and/or us win). Wouldn't mind Reading winning also then the final day will be as exciting as the other match days this season with both teams playing for the title being assured of promotion.

i'd rather watch hamster on a piano 1000 times than congratulate reading.
