Reading are chasing Cardiff City winger Peter Whittingham.
The Sun says Reading want Cardiff’s Whittingham to help them in the Prem.
Whittingham could leave for £3million if the Welsh side fail to win promotion.



I am not sure if there is any basis to this story, but £3million is a laugh!

I agree, he's not had his best season this year, but it would have to be a minimum of £5million. Don't see him going though.

 

Let's just hope we got a good sell on clause from Forest.

Also, isn't he on a contract until 2016 as well? £5m might do it but not a paltry £3m - if they want a central mid fielder that is.
