No .. I eyed her up from a distance and then she vanished. I had no game back then, I had no money or garms, think I may even have been unemployed at the time
Dein didn't drive a Porsche. He had a Bentley. I know this because my mate Bruce used to work in the old Arsenal shop at Finsbury Park and Dein used to give him a lift from Highbury to the shop.
She would be quite a catch then, wealthy influential Dad, porsche, blonde - assuming she was a looker? Hmm - would be about 38 now, anyone know where she lives?
Yeah - and you are talking sh!t as always. Welcome back Cym, you can be relied upon to talk sh!t. Considering you don't know how old I am your claims are bollox old man, so keep quiet and stop mugging yourself off.
Really ? Did you mate live with Dein as well ?? Highbury shop ? Tell me how close Highbury is to LONDON COLNEY - you muppet I saw Dein in his car at London Colney NOT Arsenal - as I clearly stated. And you also assume David Dein only had one car

Calm down Hotflush. The old Arsenal shop was at Finsbury park, when we still had the little shop (the original one, by the clock end entrance on Avenell Rd) and my mate Bruce used to get a lift from Dein in his Bentley between the shops. He might have had a Porsche too
You've hinted on here in the past that you're around the 40 mark.I'm sorry if i've offended you but as you are always showing disgust towards "new" football fans and the "prawn sandwich" brigade i naturally thought you must be old enough to have stood on the terraces of Highbury
I am 41 and I did stand on the terraces. Not sure I would expect 20 year olds to know about the Highbury Board, I was into football, arcade games and the round bits on women. I didn't even know who Peter Hill-Wood was back then. Don't forget, the internet didn't exist in the 80s
To be honest mate, even I remember what the board were up to then, and I'm 3 years younger than you. Peter Hill Wood often had a article in the match day programmes as did Dein. Where about's did you stand ?
Yup .. and the stupid mural. When I bought tickets I used to stand/sit in the Clock End. When I got tickets from my mate, the Arsenal schoolboy, it would be in the West Stand - which to be honest, wasn't great. I did once sit in the seats behind the dugout - with the injured players !!! Arsenal V Newcastle, Les Ferdinand was playing for Newcastle, they ran out of schoolboy tickets so they let my mate (and me) sit in the players area, I walked in the main entrance on match day, felt like a star cos everyone was watching me go in, walked past the changing rooms, up, down, then up the tunnel ..... out and left, around the dugout and up some stairs into the box with the players - bloody awesome
