Ratho, next to ****TER airport. It's about 5 miles away from Edinburgh but somehow is part of Edinburgh along with Queensferry, Newbridge and other *** havens.

If Glasgow employed the same logic and claimed not only towns 5 or 6 miles away from the city boundary, the population would be about 2m FFS.

They reckon that by 2030 Edinburgh will overtake Glasgow in terms of population meaning that BBC Teuchter, STV etc. will no longer be able to say "Scotland's biggest city" every time they talk about Glasgow.

Edinburgh is a novelty city whereas Glasgow is practical and workable.
