With apologies for the space this will take up - this is every post that GCB made in the lead up to ACS's death. In my opinion, we don't know when the decision to kill GCB was taken. However, how many votes did GCB get yesterday? None. They already knew it was a wasted vote cos he would be killed, and didn't want to bring attention to him that might see him protected.

I believe the reason you were killed was because you were organising us. Up until ACS was killed they were reveling in our scatter gun approach. You continued organising us yesterday and nearly had Tash saved. I think you were killed for your positive effect on us rather than your negative effect on them.

I'm going to keep looking tho.

I posted more than that before I was killed, there were loads of posts from me trying to get others to vote DMW before I was brutally murdered.

 

Yes - this was the day before - in the lead up to the KGB losing a player. I believe this may have been when the decision was taken to kill you.

No we don't know that for sure - but I believe that he is still BI.

 

So far there is such of spread of voting that's it's playing in to KGB's favour.

 

If I go tonight like I suspect I will then BI must start following up my enquiries on DMW.

 

We need to get organised and I think it would be a good idea to pull this back to Obi's post in the early hours. We are allowing ourselves to go off scatter gun again - and once again the same old people are quietly watching us do it.

We should agree a list of people that we do not vote for if we are BI. That doesn't mean that everyone on that list is safe forever, it just means that we agree that anyone voting for someone on that list (for now) will fall under suspicion.

My opening shot for who should be on that list is:

Obi - I believe he is MI6
DMW - I believe he is Lyalin
Roland - Obi trusts him
Trev - Obi trusts him
GCB - I believe he is still BI, but we should give him more time to find out anyway before killing him off again too quickly

I won't add my own name. I am MI5 but I understand why I should fall under suspicion. If you did vote me off though you'd be losing another player and I think my actions should at least provide some amount of understanding.

So, how do people feel about that list?

I'm hesitant to vote DMW if only because when Tash named him, he confirmed it, which could have been seen by a KGB to risk people believing Tash and not voting an MI6 officer off. DMW could have kept quiet and removed that risk. On the other hand, he may be KGB that decided to grab the opportunity to strengthen his cover and decided that was worth more than trying to maximise the chance of Tash being booted... Everything is as clear as mud, as always.

 

I'm not happy with it, there's no way we can assume as many as five players are un-vote-able.

 

Your whole plan revolves around Obi being On the British side. Something you don't know for certain.

 

If we don't vote DMW then if he's Oleg his power is useless anyway because he's going to have to use it every night protecting himself in fear of assassination.

That is reason enough to vote for him.

 

I am not assuming anybody is unvoteable - other than for now. And Yes, for now I am assuming Obi is MI6. It seems strange that he came up with the same conclusion for DMW before Tash did. He wouldn't have known what result JPF gave Tash unless Tash was KGB and had told him. We already know 100% that Tash wasn't KGB.

I am not asking anybody to stop suspecting people on that list. I am asking people to remember that we can only kill one person per night (two with an assassination). Whatever we do it should be as one. The scatter gun approach helps the KGB stay hidden and has so far resulted in a lot of deaths on our side.

I think there are more obvious people to target. We have to start somewhere, and I think there are worse places to start than trusting Obi.

 

Why? My worry is his thinking has gone from logical to illogical. Last night he was the only ones logic I understood when I got up this morning. Albeit he was working on the basis I would protect Tash. Obviously I wasn't online yesterday which does screw things up a little. To be honest Tash has ****ed things up a bit by outing me. I could have protected him last night if he has just confirmed me as BI. I protected myself because they knew who I was. His death prevents our last MI6 revealing himself.

My intention is to protect myself again tonight unless we can prove the person being voted is BI or we vote me.

My personal preference so far is for MMS or DT because of the vote changing and subsequent reaction votes after the results. However I have no cast iron evidence against either. Less Than really should be my pick but the ACS thing confuses the issue. The person I trust most is Trev. This is because his actions have been similar to my own with regards to the PM situ etc and he helped kill ACS unwaveringly like myself.

 

And if we vote for him we guarantee losing another key player.
