Hi Guise,

If I were to be based near Glasgow on and off for a few months and wished to see some football while there, what team would you reccommend I go to see?

(not asking for a friend)

Depends. You’ll need to answer a few questions first.

1. What school did you go to?
2. Are your eyes close together?
3. What’s your second name?
4. Do you claim benefits?

Speaking on the Record Rangers Podcast our man in America said: "The players are used to Murray Park which is a brilliant facility in itself, but this IMG complex blows even that out of the water."

The facility for the college athletes is phenomenal. Andy Halliday was blown away by it. He told us that the dressing-rooms for the college American Football side are the best he’s ever seen.

Above every player’s individual locker there’s an iPad which has the player’s profile, performance stats, diet sheets, you name it - all logged in.

Incredible stuff.

The Rangers boys love their IMG base camp and the hard work has already started under gaffer Graeme Murty .

After some interviews it was back to Orlando for us to get stuff written up before dinner. And what a dinner it was. Everyone knows the Americans don’t exactly hold back with their portions.

And one member of the Press pack surpassed himself.

His six-layer chocolate cake demolition was something to behold.

Even yours truly wouldn’t have attempted it.

<laugh>

This is actually a real article from the Dhaily Rhebel on Rangers AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, STATE OF THE ART Florida training camp. Did you know there's food too!?!?!?!?!

<rofl>
