Did the Trophy centre stock and sell all of Celtic’s merchandise in the 1990s even though Celtic had a chain of Celtic shops that they employed Jim Torbett to run?

Quarter of a million pound contracts handed out to a company supplying plastic Trophies and the owner of that company employed directly by Celtic to run the shops where all the merchandise was really sold from.


Seems an open and shut case to me tbh.

Get the Kelly's, White's and McGinns on the stand.

Celtics merchandising was terrible so The Trophy Centre were contracted to source stock and sell Celtic gear.

Torbett wasn't an employee of Celtic his company won a bid. Much like they won one from Rangers.

Roddy Doyle for Celtic has permission to look at them.

Thompsons solicitors for the victims have not requested these, which would be a slam dunk win for them if it showed he was.

If even an Internet mong like me can think of this move then why haven't Thompsons?

Thompson solicitors don't need to request those tax records because Celtic’s lawyers have. Celtic’s lawyer's will now have to furnish Thompsons solicitors with everything they receive.

I don't know the specifics of the deal but I'll give you an example.

I work for company S. We won a contract to do exclusive work for company M.

I am employed on site of company M and use their assets to complete work.

Company M pay Company S hundreds of millions for this.

I am not an employee of company M despite carrying out their work on their site

I am an employee of company S

Company M cannot fire me
