The SFA investigation that praised Celtic for its child welfare. That was led by a guy who was business partners with one Scotland's worst *****philes for 4 years and had no idea he was using office computers to send illicit materials to other *****philes. A guy who 4 different children's welfare charities objected to him being in charge of such an investigation. A guy who also worked for a disgraced, defrocked Scottish Bishop?
