20 years of managed decline saw Celtic go from unbeatable at home at the highest level to an absolute gimmie for any semi competent team. Year after year, expectations lowered, hope crushed, and sevco have just exposed the cant compete bullshit that lawwell has been selling the rhetards. Not once in the last 10 years were we ever prepared for qualifiers, was all about player trading model and take what we get from Europe.

A couple of years under rodgers showed promise but it wasn't built on, and lennon had a few anti football hauntings but apart from that it's been monumental underachievement given the clubs resources and potential. I think starting from next season there will be less acceptance of failure in Europe but with Anges style of play and refusal to use PEDs its odds on to be more of the same.

The hell that we've been through, and it was hell, played out in front of bitter, bitter taigs on the MSM and social media, makes this all the sweeter.

I started taking Deccers to the football as punishment for being a bead rattler, he's seen us getting horsed off every ****, semi pro sides, drawing with Annan, getting beat off Raith Rovers, multiple ghapings off the Bheasts.... for him and my nephew to experience all that in their 16 years as Rangers fans and then to witness Sevco getting to their first European final at an electric Ibrox brought a tear to the eye last night.

I know I'm only in my late 20s but Rangers in Europe was always a terrifying experience growing up, even when we were able to spend big on guys like Laudrup and Gazza so for this team to have consistently deliver on the European stage has been a brilliant experience and considering that the team was built for peanuts makes it all the sweeter.

Just so far beyond the realm of random, 1 game you could say maybe, but it's just game after game, the same freaky **** happening.

How can you score 3 goals with no attackers. I've never seen a team score so many goals while doing so little to earn them.

Only the gingerest of taigs would say that we didn't deserve to win last night.

First half, we could've been 4 up, 2nd half was a draw.
