Now according to Sky Bet though, Celtic have maintained their interest in acquiring Roberts and their odds of signing the ex-Fulham star has been slashed to evens over the past few hours, meaning that the transfer is now very likely to take place.

 

Ask wee ciaran. He's better than any odds.

 

Bookies aren't reliable when it comes to transfers. Not to say Roberts won't end up at Celtic but bookies dont really know much more than we do about transfers, they can only react to money being placed and movements in the markets.

This time last year they had Rangers as favourites to sign Van Persie and even suspended betting on it at one point.

 

Celtic should sue them ... and ask them speak about what they allude to in the statement.

We know ... but they should be brave enough to mention it instead of being snidey wee fannies.

It would highlight how pathetic they are (title strip is and well tell everybody Bjk etc ) ...at least the imperial bears nailed their colours to the mast.

They've libelled Rod Petrie and Peter Lawell, I suspect that will be their undoing. It's all beligerent, laughable nonsense, threats to sue everyone and everything for perceived injustices, that sort of "kicking us while we are down" gibberish which was in vogue for a while. They'd have been as well signing off "No Pope of Rome" for all the difference it will make to their cause. If anything this will only agitate what was already becoming toxic.
