    So Hertz will win any action against the SPFL and the SPFL will have to pay compo or rethink the status of the league.

    Their case is that they are being unfairly relegated and their business unfairly financially damaged by the actions of a ruling body whose sole purpose is to act in the best interests of ALL it's member clubs. They have a very good case.

    French and Belgium courts have already ruled in favour of the clubs in similar circumstances in their respective countries.

    The SPFL board will not want to go to court where their complete ineptitude and corruption will be exposed.

    Interesting times ahead.
