If 'oldco' won, and didn't liquidate, would they have a claim over rangers FC ?

Or would kings company still own the football club ?

In all seriousness though, HMRC are a law unto themselves, totally unaccountable and caused no end of pain for hundreds, if not thousands of folk who they have hounded, sometimes to a Speedy, thanks to incorrect or exaggerated tax bills.

If Scotch football fans weren’t so utterly deranged then they’d realise that this incorrect assessment forced a proud company out of business, therefore, who else has been punished by Hector unfairly.

Clearly money takes precedence over everything. One organisation are raped and nearly destroyed for some dodgy tax ****e while another organisation supports *****philia on an industrial scale and gets away with it.

    Strange times we live in.
