    Dev thinks there needs to be corroborating evidence to Hugh Birt's testimony. So according to Dev Birt's testimony doesn't count but he refuses to actually say Birt lied under oath.

    So he didn't lie under oath and big John did indeed know.

    He said it is hearsay as big jock is alleged to have said it in private to Birt and cannot be cross examined.

    Birt lied under oath.

    My contention is that Hugh Birt gave his evidence, under oath and the only piece of evidence he gave that you have a problem with is the bit that you don't like.

    He said Torbett was a beast. 100% true

    He said Stein knew Torbett was a beast and kicked him out of the club. 100% true.

    Unless you're Dev and like to cherry pick what piece of evidence you do or do not agree with.

    Why are you besmirching the name of man who had the courage to fight to bring a *****phile to justice?
