Why?

 

Cos we banned one of their reporters I think.

They've had to issue about 3 apologies to us in the past few months. Bunch of bitter ****s if you ask me.

 

If the reporter Rangers banned was a member of the NUJ then probably his fellow NUJ members at the Beeb would refuse to work from Ibrox.

Not saying that's the case, I honestly don't know but maybe that's why they can't (won't) send reporters, because none of them want to throw a colleague/comrade under the bus?

 

Didn’t know. They refuse to interview our players or manger after away games too.

 

Again, that could be down to the NUJ members.

My work might be on strike soon, and even though I'm not a union member I won't be crossing any picket lines, similarly NUJ members might have just point blank refused to do any job that the banned reporter could have done.

 

I don’t really care about that anyway.

I must admit it would annoy me if I never saw Celtic interviews on Sportscene even though I can see them elsewhere. The only hack I recall getting banned from CP was Keevins and he was no longer an accredited Journalist at the time so no one came out in support of him...which was a shame.

 

I only watch Rangers tv interviews.

At least I know there will be no Rangers haters asking the questions.
