Did he not get a red during the game? Therefore he was already banned but Rangers decided to appeal it, it's no shock its been upheld but on current SFA/Compliance/Discipline form it would have been no shock to see him cleared either. I don't know whether he's guilty or not, same for MacGregor, but saying other people did the same or worse as some form of defence is laughable.
