Everybody apart from lunatic Celtic fans and corrupt Scottish referee Celtic fans thinks Trusty deliberately kicked Butland in the head and should have been sent off.

That includes many Celtic fans of the less lunatic persuasion.

How did all those people not see Trusty hitting his shoulder?

    Because it didn't happen.

It's very reminiscent of the separate entity defence tbph.

Neil Lennon and Chuck Mulgrew, both dyed in the wool ***** fc fans, said it was a red.

Des Roache and Steven Conroy, both bead-rattlers and ex refs, said it was a red.

Trusty took two steps, after Butters had the ball, he then turned away before going back towards the GK and kicking him in the head.

What was the ***** fc player thinking of as he changed his decision to run away from Butters to head back towards him two steps later and a couple of yards too.

Gaylord Walsh couldn’t wait to red Aasgaard after he controllled the ball at thigh height and Ralston ran into his foot, but deemed Trusty kicking Butters in the head wasn’t forceful enough to warrant a red.

So the precedent is that you can kick someone in the head as they lay on the ground, and as long as a predefined quantity of blood isn’t drawn, or a certain level of concussion is reached, then it’s not a red.

This is why Scottish teams do so poorly in Europe. It’s like a different sport here cos the refs are soo ****ing poor.

I think Hugh Dallas was the last scotch official to go to a major tourney and that was about 20yrs ago.

It’s truly astonishing the depths Collum will go to to exonerate the refs, but he was hardly a great ref either.
