Raskin is the attacking player trying to find space in the box, he wants to be as far away from Taylor as possible, why would he be blocking and holding on to Taylor?

 

Raskin wants to crowd the goalkeeper, Taylor is trying to get around him to give Hart space, hence blocking

 

Yes, so if anything Taylor is blocking Raskin from getting close to Hart, pushing and pulling at him in doing so.
